Subscription terms

What's included

Your subscription covers hosting, SSL, and technical support, plus the content updates included in your plan – see the Pricing page for the details of each plan.

Billing & renewal

Your subscription renews automatically every month at the price you signed up at. As long as you stay with us without a gap, that price holds – even after a promo ends for new customers.

Refunds

Not happy in the first 14 days after your first payment? Just let us know and we'll refund it in full.

Cancelling

You can cancel any time – tell us, and the subscription ends 30 days later. Your site keeps running until then.

What happens to your site

If you've been with us for less than 12 months in a row when you cancel, the site goes offline when the subscription ends. At 12 months or more, we hand you a ready-to-host export of the site to take anywhere.

Changes to these terms

If we ever update these terms, we'll email you ahead of time – nothing changes without a heads-up.
